![]() Après avoir préalablement tenté de définir le positionnement potentiel des nudges à l’intérieur de différentes instances internationales grâce à l’analyse de textes fondateurs de la notion de sustainable development, nous avons d’entrepris l'étude un corpus de nudges liés aux domaines de la consommation et du sustainable development à l’aide d’outils issus des sciences de l’information et de la communication et de la sémiotique. Même s’ils reposent sur des théories largement utilisées en marketing, ils ne sont que très rarement analysés comme des supports de communication ou des discours. Bien qu’étudiés habituellement à travers le prisme des théories socio-économiques, les nudges présentent toujours des zones de recherches inexplorées et donc des limites associées. Mis en perspective depuis une quinzaine d’années, les nudges - des dispositifs incitatifs - sont régulièrement utilisés par de nombreux gouvernements. We only look at each phenomenon from a psychological point of view and consider its relevance to financial institutions and markets as well as the financial crisis due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. ![]() ![]() Limitation: The study explains by exploring the phenomenon from the viewpoint of financial behavior and discussing some of the relevant cognitive errors during and after the crisis. In this paper, we explore this phenomenon from a beha-vioral finance perspective and discuss some relevant cognitive errors and biases during and after the crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. ![]() Results and findings: The phenomena that occurred during the crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, such as excessive volatility and the confidence of unaffected financial institutions, cannot be explained through the traditional market paradigm. Methodology: We explored various kinds of literature from various journals to find out the level of trust and financial behavior of the public during the COVID-19 pandemic. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the economic effects caused by the crisis impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. ![]()
